BUFFALO WINGS

Ingredients

  • 4lbs Chicken Wings (Wingettes & Drumsticks) 

  • 5 tsp Baking Powder 

  • 1 tsp Salt 

  • ¾ tsp Black Pepper 

  • ¾ tsp Garlic Powder 

  • ¾ tsp Onion Powder 

  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 

  • 1 tsp Paprika 

  • Oil Spray  

  • 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter 

  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar  

  • 1 cup Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Lay wings out on a tray and pat dry with paper towel. Line tray with foil, place rack on tray. Spray rack generously with oil. 

  2. Place wings in large mixing bowl or large ziplock bag. Add salt, pepper, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Toss well to coat wings evenly. Spread the wings out onto the rack. 

  3. Bake wings on the lowest shelf at 250°F/120°C for 30 minutes, then move wings to the highest shelf and bake at 425°F/220°C for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 

  4. In a mixing bowl, toss in melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce. Toss the wings in the sauce and serve immediately with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
